The best parts about this apartment are the location in downtown Woodstock and the ease of parking.

Unfortunately, you’ll have to put up with quite a bit of nonsense in this place. Most importantly, the bathroom and the tub is unsafe. There are no grab bars to get into this high sided small Tub with curtains that drag close to the center of the tub making it easy to slip and fall. There are no hooks or rings to hang your towels or clothing in the bathroom and the shelf space is very limited.

The mattress on the bed felt like it was 20 years old and hard and literally crinkled as you laid on it.

The central heating was not on and the apartment was quite cold in the mornings. The small electric heater supplied to warm the bathroom tripped all of the breakers in the whole building and is quite unsafe.

The kitchen is well supplied but the refrigerator is not leveled and tilted back-and-forth.

The floors are not installed correctly and creak with every step. You’ll hear your neighbors
