A very cozy wine shop with bottles lined up all around us, local shoppers coming in for their wines, and us at a table tucked in amongst the inventory, a spread of delicious goat cheese, salumi, breads, and of course the wines. The host was very informative and friendly. We were delighted to learn about french wines and taste them as we learned. Our experience in wine is mostly californian and italian so this was a great way to introduce how french wines are labeled and what to look for when seeking out wines we enjoy. We’ll go back to this shop and pick up a favorite bottle from the tasting before we fly home.

What a lovely experience to taste a series of unique wines at a well loved wine shop. My friend and I were seated at a table made from a wine barrel, right near the shop's floor-to-ceiling wine collection. The host was extremely knowledgable about each wine, offering us engaging descriptions every step of the way. We walked away with a new understanding of the French wine industry and some fun facts about French wine to share.

I had a great time trying French wine in this casual setting only a few streets over from the Eiffel Tower. Thank you thank you!
