The American bar at Hotel de Paris is great, specially when there is jazz festival in the summer months.

The American bar in the Hotel de Paris is a must for a pre or post dinner drink. After 7pm there is always a live band and the expensive drinks are worth it for the free nibbles that accompany them. The hot barbajuans (a Monaco speciality) are truly amazing. Allow at least an hour for a pre-dinner drink to soak up the atmosphere.
