This is a well appreciated and well known bistro with a little bit a posh decor that reminds you - thx to the chandeleers -of a castle, but no red lights in this place that is situated in the middel of the former red light district. Never disappointing for those you love classic dishes with a light mediterranean touch. Dave is the chef. He prefers to work - like all good chefs do - with local products. Impressive winelist. Very good service. Located a few streets behind the town hall.
