A local pub. Not as nice as the Chequers but a good stop during canal-side walks.

Great location - front terrace has views over river Avon - also actors local! Beer garden at rear as well. Dog friendly

Situated on the waterside of the river Avon the pub has two names - the older is The Black Swan but the new name originated from the American GIs that camped over the river in the Second World War.
