This is a very popular eating place, situated in the Castle Grounds across the harbour from the centre of Stornoway. Tasty food, tea, coffee and home baking are a real must as you relax in the surrounding area.

One of our favourite places for a lunch or a coffee. Great location only a few minutes walk from the flat.

There lots of walks and mountain bike trails in the castle grounds. Could walk also the harbour, Creed River see the Mill, there is also the nearby museum to visit. Plenty to do on good days and on rainy days:-) The woodlands Centre is good to come for lunch on your day out. Public toilets available here too.

The woodland centre is a beautiful cafe that is perfect for lunch after a walk in the grounds. Some weekends also host local music bands.

Cafe situated in the Lews Castle Grounds which serves coffees and lunches. Very popular with locals.
