Originally established in 1836 and closing down in 1924, the Annandale visitor centre was opened again in 2014 with the first casks being distilled. The first cask of peated whisky 'Cask 40' was filled by ex-Scotland rugby player Doddie Weir.

A very popular distillery open for tours or a visit to their coffee shop. We are frequently here for some soup and a sandwich. Staff are fantastic and very welcoming. Sample the local whisky while you are there.
