Spanish point is a great beach to visit anytime for swimming or surfing. I would however, totally recommend joining the tribe of sea swimmers that venture out as part of Snámhaí Sásta every morning at 9am. It’s about 20-25 drive away.
Lovely kid friendly beach. 5 minute drive. Restaurants there. Not too busy. Life guards on duty in summer.
