Go early in the morning, rent a kayak and go bird watching in the estuary. There is also an opportunity to go whale watching there. The beach restaurants are all delicious.

Simple beachfront seafood restaurants, a fabulous lagoon for birdwatching and kayaking, true Mexican colors and flavors! At the southern end of Playa Blanca to the south of the airport. From Zihua, take the airport combi (minibus) from Centro or Plaza Kioto, then change to the Playa Linda/Barra de Potosi minibus just outside the entrance to the airport.

Spend a day in a small mexican fishing village. Rent a boat in the morning to bird watch in the lagoon or simply lounge at one of Barra's many beachfront enramadas, swimming, eating and relaxing.
