This place offers delicious buckwheat pancakes and fresh maple syrup that they produce in the basement. You can watch them boil the tree sap into syrup to be served upstairs on your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Only open from Valentine's to Easter, but worth the visit. All you can eat pancakes for $7 with fresh REAL maple syrup. Yum!

Serves the most delicious pancakes in New England, a local favorite that has national fame, you can visit the Sugar Shack downstairs to see how the Maple Syrup is made. Only open during maple season (February/March - mid April). Get there early in the am or go for dinner, bus tours make regular stops here.
