Mongo's Saloon is a live music venue and sports bar. Funky beach scene with just OK food. Within walking distance of host home. Full bar with nice selection of (locally made) draft beer.

Live music some nights, with local talent. Blues Night, usually on Wednesdays. They also have a popular card room. There's a diner in the place, Three Fat Guys, but it has very mixed reviews. They seems to do best at breakfast & lunch.

Mongo's is known for its bar and live music. They have open mic night on Wednesday nights and many local musicians show off their stuff. The weekends usually feature live bands. They also have a card room in the back and pool tables. Their drinks are stiff, but their food is lousy.
