Southern-themed bar and restaurant with one of Seattle's strongest cocktail programs. Whatever Gregg and his amazing team have on the menu is worth trying. Join them Saturday nights at 10pm for the weekly (non-religious) "sermon", where Gregg rants about whatever he wants to rant about. Because it's his bar. Kids are allowed, too - just not behind the rail.

Witness is a Southern-influenced craft cocktail bar that places emphasis on warm hospitality and premium-quality beverages. The food menu features Southern-inspired dishes that tend to lean more toward “soul food” than “New Southern Cuisine.” Witness delivers charm, easy elegance, and down-home warmth. We serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. We have Happy Hour from the end of Brunch to 6pm on the weekends and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the weekdays Monday through Friday!
