Kai Kanani’s Adventure Sunset Sail is conveniently located to Coconut Cottage ( 7 min drive to Maluaka Beach ) The two-hour sail features live music, a small plate menu, and open bar . The crew is great and views of the crater are spectacular.

What an amazing beach for spotting the beautiful Hana (Sea Turtles)! Get their early when it is relatively calm in the water. And please consider wearing a life jacket if you are swimming or snorkeling, even if you are a strong swimmer. Just a little tip, if you are facing the ocean you can park on the left side of the beach. From there you can walk to an enormous tree and if you go early can get a spot in that shade! Or stay really clean and stay in the shade in the grass.

Large sandy beach. Great snorkeling North and South of the beach. Lots of turtles.
