15 minute drive - Beach Ventures offers SEABOB snorkel adventures right off the Beach of Fort Lauderdale. What is a SEABOB? The machine is similar to a under water jet ski. On the surface it pulls you through the water where you can see fish and under water where you be able to swim with the fish. The electric water toy also floats on the surface and is positively buoyant so you don't have to be afraid of anything, since if you are not moving you will simply float on the surface. The guides will take you on a reef tour where you will see a great variety of sea life including: Angelfish, Parrotfish, Sergeant Major fish, Hog fish, sea turtles and more.
