In some ways, the Ramsey County Courthouse in downtown Saint Paul is even more impressive than the State Capital! The building is known for American Art Deco “Skyscraper Style” architecture. The history of how this building came to be and viewing the priceless wood species used inside makes a formal tour well worthwhile. You must schedule the tour, though and try to get a tour when you can enter the law library. Search online for “Ramsey County Courthouse” and select the website that ends in “.us”.
