We love the festive atmosphere and window seats right on Monterey Bay.

This is just like any other El Torito, Except for the stunning views of the Monterey Bay. Time your dinner right and you can land yourself a window seat to the sunset as you enjoy your dinner. The bar also has great ocean views and decent prices.
