Som great restaurants like The Veranda but soon opening an exclusive vegetarian restaurant as well (written in Januari 2017). I can recommend a very traditional afternoon tea at Grand.

The greatest Afternoon Tea in town. Pretty expensive, but well worth the money. Normally needs to be booked in advanced.

Cardier-baren at Grand Hotel is amazing, with a fantastic view overlooking the royal castle and the waterfront
