A small Shopping Mall within the busy traffic area, covering basic & simple needs, should be enough for daily needs. Good enough for the community / surrounding residential area. Location strategic, but limited parking space, continue renovation / facilities upgrade needed.. anyway, there is a Bridge (link) to another new / modern building, just across the road.

This is the nearest shopping mall where you can get the basic groceries, food and drinks, ATM machine: - ATM Maybank and ATM CIMB - Jaya Grocer - Econsave - Starbucks - Watsons (Pharmacy)

There's a fee for parking in the premise. There is a link bridge to the Jaya Grocer for more exotic essentials. However the Econsave has more budget friendly essentials.
