they carry pretty much anything you need. Prepared meals in the freezer section. Also it’s the oldest grocery store in NC!

The oldest grocery store in the state founded in 1890. Thompson’s features gourmet goods, a full-service meat market that offers hand-cut meats including Thompson’s signature Charlie’s Sage Sausage, a deli section, fine wines and craft beers, fresh produce, frozen meals, candies and household staples.
