This is a Seico Mart - the Hokkaido styled convenience store chain. Open from 6am to 1am. You can get all sorts of necesseties here, and they also have a food corner with fresh rice balls and some "bento" just in case you are hungry ;) コンビニエンスストア。朝6時〜深夜1時までの営業
