The one and only time I visited, it was just $5 for a tour. Try to go early to book a tour as the sign up sheet fills up pretty quick. They have a nice view of the lake from inside the observation area and a nice little museum. It's an impressive tour.

Only 13 feet shorter than the Hoover Dam, the Glen Canyon Dam is quite the sight to see. You can park on either side of the dam and walk across the bridge. There is also a visitors center on the north side with great views behind the building. Weather you have 5 minutes or an hour, the dam is definitely worth a stop!
