I recommend that you do your provisioning and purchase your food and drink supplies in Hobart or on the drive down to Bruny Island. Queen's Doughnuts makes a perfect croissant with 2 or 3 batches baked at set times every day.

Melt in your mouth donuts and pastries and the coffee is top notch too!
