You can see the history of Thames & actually touch some of the exhibits. It brings history right into your space, to be able to get close enough to see, smell & almost taste the flavours of the time period. There were so many themed areas too! If you're into the history of the buildings in the town, the recreations are a must see.

Modernised displays, fascinating history of Thames and the gold rush era told in audio visual, displays and dioramas. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff volunteers.
