Rizareio Handicraft Center is located in Monodendri, the birthplace of Manthos and Georgios Rizaris. The new Rizareios handicraft school of Monodendri was founded in 1979 with the aim of educational, cultural and social development of the area of Zagori. Today the school includes: textile and embroidery school, production workshop, exhibition hall, folk art gas station and boarding school.
