Supposedly haunted. Scene of annual reenactment of "The Day the Civil War Stopped" for the burial of Lt. Commander of the USS Albatross which was bombarding Port Hudson during the final battle of the CivilWar.

This Antebellum brick church is surrounded by one of the most beautiful cemeteries in the US. Wander among the azaleas, camellias and ancient Live Oaks. A great picnic location.
