A gem of a place in Hay! Booking is essential. A small, sustainable restaurant based in Hay-on-Wye with a focus on seasonal food using local suppliers, open Wednesday - Saturday 5pm to 9pm. Recently earned a Michelin Green Star for their efforts into sustainable gastronomy, the only restaurant in Wales to achieve this.
