Cajun flair right in Amarillo- there's no wrong thing to order, but my personal favorite is the fried shrimp poboy. New Orleans is my favorite city to visit, and this place does a great job rivaling that distinct flavor.

Cajun yumminess. I've only had the Romaine Wedge salad with balsamic drizzle and a side of jalapeno charred scallops. Cuz it's that good.
