The adventure park is suitable for kids of all ages and includes a specially designed toddler’s area, adventure and play equipment for the older kids, the ‘Slieve Gullion ZIP’ and even a trim trail for the adults. The Giant's Lair is situated beside the Slieve Gullion Adventure Playpark. It is free to walk round and explore. The Giant’s Lair is an innovative magical living storybook which takes visitors on an unforgettable journey of intertwined fairy houses and arts features. A backpack carrier or baby sling is recommended for tots. Facilities include Visitor Information Office, Synge & Byrne café, picnic area and toilets.

Great for all ages - has a cafe, kids playground, forest walks with fairy houses and of course the Slieve Gullion. Parking is availabel both at the bottom - beside cafe and playground, or you can drive up closer to the top of Slieve Gullion.
