Great gastronomic Italian restaurant in a beautiful setting. A bit pricy for Bali, especially for the wines, but the food is delicious. The best tiramisu I've ever eaten (they prepare it ingredient by ingredient in front of you). The Sunday brunch (around 600.000 IDR ++ per person) is absolutely incredible, a must try! Book ahead

Mauri is a stunning and contemporary space serving up modern-Italian creations from award-winning Chef Maurizio Bombini. Choose from the a la carte or seasonal tasting menus. They offer top-shelf local ingredients (mostly homegrown within Mauri’s own rooftop hydroponic garden) served up in their purest form, like fine Parmigiano ravioli or tuna in caprione. Open daily, 6.30pm – 11pm. Open for lunch on the weekends.
