Sammy Miller MBE is a motorcycling legend. 11 times British Champion and winner of over 1400 events, with a racing career spanning more than 50 years! The Museum houses one of the finest collections of fully restored motorcycles in the world, including factory racers and exotic prototypes, with the collection constantly evolving as new bikes are acquired. This is a living museum with almost every motorcycle in the museum in full running order. Sammy demonstrates and parades bikes throughout the year.

Whether you’re a motorbike nut or not, many would find this museum of scores of beautifully restored motorcycles interesting. All the old British bikes, we had such a great industry into the ‘60’s. So many manufacturers: Aerial, AJS, BSA, Brough, Greece’s, Norton, Royal Enfield, Triumph, etc. The list goes on!

Great for motorcycle buffs but also for crafty types as there are craft shops in the courtyard before entering the museum. A cosy cafe also serves hot drinks, delicious cakes and light meals. Always a collection of animals from chickens to donkeys roaming around. So, something for everyone and a great day out.
