Just a block away from the University gives you all of the amenities a college student gets. Plenty of restaurants and even a grocery store within walking distance to choose from. Enjoy a delicious bagel and coffee from a cute bagelry kitty corner from this apartment. Whether you're staying for one night or a month this apartment will accommodate all of your needs. There is a full kitchen stocked with dishes and coffee as well as a desk to accomplish any work you need to. My husband and I have enjoyed remodeling and furnishing this place and are eager to welcome guests😊 Thank you for your consideration. We are offering no cleaning fee!! We feel like people have been frustrated getting overcharged with cleaning fees and we would like to accommodate. 😊
