Resort has a heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, and game rooms with a pool table and ping pong table. This is a timeshare condo that I rent during the ski season. A big advantage is the condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive by the onsite housekeeping staff using special procedures for the Covid era.

Easy walk to downtown Avon, shops and restaurants. 2 minutes walk to free in-town bus and free Beaver Creek Ski Bus. You’ll love my place because of the convenient location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Lock-off is upstairs with a narrow staircase. Avon business license 006748.
