Fold-out but very comfortable futon (double). Kitchen privileges and use of deck, 2-acre back yard, and patio with beautiful yin-yang pond. When not hosting, room is used as Tai Chi Studio and Meditation/Workout center. Feel free to use meditation cushons, weights and other exercise equipment. Stairway open to 2nd floor kitchen & bath.
