Comfortable vintage style apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. A short taxi-ride from the Sale Railway Station and located in a quiet street close to the town centre. Walk to shops, parks, recreational facilities and hospital. The beautiful Lake Guthridge and it's walking tracks and paths are just 150 metres away. The new Port of Sale precinct (including cafes, Visitor Information Centre, Gippsland Art Gallery and Sale Library) is within a 10 minute walk.

One bedroom available. Accommodates up to two people. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Kitchen is well-equipped and available for use. No meals are provided. Parking available. The house is fairly new and in a very safe neighbourhood. It is about three km from town and close to Grammar Secondary School. The room is available for short term rental as well. As I am single, I prefer single ladies or couples to stay at my home.
