The 60m2 apartment has central heating,TV, a patio terrace, small garden and its own private entrance. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed, a very comfortable bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, washing machine and a living area with kitchen sully equipped, a sofa bed (180x200) and a single bed.
