A charming cottage style house in the heart of the broads, convenient for sailing, bird watching or country walks. 20 minutes from Norwich or the Norfolk coast with spectacular views and wildlife. The Village has a local pub which serves good quality food within a 5 min walk. A great base to explore Norfolk, or if working in the area quiet and peaceful house to relax in. We have 2 medium cuddly dogs, you must be comfortable with dogs. There is an outside EV Charger available for a small cost.

Located in a beautiful village with good amenities, within easy walking distance to the broads and just 2 miles to the coast. Great Yarmouth and Norwich are both short drives away. No pets, sorry.
