This is a fantastic in-law/guest house located in a great neighborhood in Sparks, NV. The space is private with a keypad lock and includes one-bedroom with a queen bed, a living room w/ a TV and modular sectional sofa that can be used as a bed, a kitchenette (w/ a hot plate & convection oven), and a washer & dryer. The space has WiFi, cable, and complimentary coffee & Tide Pods. The location is just a few minutes away from Downtown Reno. Similarly, it is about an hour drive (or less) to Tahoe.

Private parking and entrance in the rear of the house allows you access to my home with no neighbor contact. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 10 minute drive to Sparks 15 minute drive to Reno 20 minute drive to Fernley I live in the front end of the house which will be inaccessible but does allow me to tend to anything you may need
