Bockton Cottage is Located in a pretty, peaceful hamlet deep in Hardy's country. The cottage is comfortable yet spacious, with two reception rooms, a kitchen diner, four bedrooms and large private garden. A stone's throw from Hardy's cottage and plenty of walking/cycle tails from the door. There plenty of restaurants/pubs in easy reach and dozens of activities to keep the whole family happy. Two miles from the historic county town of Dorchester and just 20 minutes drive from Weymouth beach.

A gorgeous comfortable double room with country views and private bathroom. The house is a short walk from Kingston Maurward Estate and gardens. There is also a coffeeshop and rivers/lake to walk around. The home of Thomas Hardy and 'Melstock Church' are close by, as well as the beautiful town of Dorchester with its many museums, coffee shops and riverside/ country walks. The Jurassic coastline is a short drive with many stunning beaches to visit. A simple breakfast is available on request.
