This unique place has a style of its own, easy to get around and convenient free street parking. The place is very clean and nice, updated bathroom. No smoking, no pets allowed. Only 1 person. There is a fridge, microwave,coffee and tea station, water dispenser, small common area,TV,and free wi-fi. There is a tv in the bedroom. The place is 5 mns from Mercy hospital, 6mns from Hofstra, 15 mns from JFK and Jones Beach. There is a private entrance. I have 2 cats upstairs,they never go downstairs.
