This is a completely new apartment in a safe neighborhood. I am right on a Main boulevard and there’s a bus stop right across the street from the house. You can use my driveway for parking or rely on uber/ lyft if you’re flying in. I’m 1.8mi from the airport & 12mi from downtown. Bus is not reliable in the city so I recommend using Lyft or a rental. Starbucks/ Walmart are 3 blocks away from home. Don’t expect being able to walk to main attractions. It requires a car for that.
