Country Cottage Oaks is a quiet community located just 8 miles south of TAMU Kyle Field and 1 mile to Peach Creek Ranch/Wedding Venue. This quiet community is surrounded by oak trees. Created from army barracks that were brought in from Fort Hood. Each home has been remodeled and is now a 2-bed, 1 bath, suite with a kitchen, living area, and washer/dryer. Such a solid building. Outdoor lighting around the oak trees, BBQ/fire pit, and outdoor tables gives this property camping charm!
