There is onsite private car parking. We have a policy of no children or pets, this is due to the close proximity to a swimming pool.

My place is located minutes from junction 30 of the M1 and is ideal for visiting the Peak District, Clumber Park and Sherwood. Wedding venues close by are The Sitwell Arms hotel, Mosbrough Hall hotel and Van Dyks hotel

The listing is for a studio/bedsit which is situated on our back garden. It has its own entrance with a double glazed door with lock. You would have your own parking space off the road and the studio is accessed up the drive and onto the garden. You will have free wifi and also full sky television in the studio. There is a shower room as well. We are situated in a quiet area not on an estate and our home is a detached bungalow on a row of detached bungalows.
