The studio is a pebble stone throw to the sea and a 3min walk to pub food at The Lifeboat Inn or a 15min walk to The Seal in the village. It is best to book a table. We provide a hospitality tray with tea, coffee, biscuits, pastries and milk in the fridge. There is a Cafe in the village called the Boulevard that do excellent cooked breakfasts. Sky TV is installed in annexe. Chichester centre with many good restaurants, a lovely theatre, cathedral and Goodwood, are a 20min drive away.
