Thank you for your interest in my listing! I love this area of Guatemala and love sharing my special place with other people. I have a beautiful house on the beach, 20 miles away from Flores and 30 miles from Tikal (Tikal to Flores is 40 miles, so your drive to Tikal will be the same length).
