Dit unieke huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en geeft bij binnenkomst een knus en landelijk gevoel. De hottub is tegen meerprijs (1x € 85,00). Aan te geven bij boeking. De woning bevindt zich op de bovenste etage van het voormalige kantoorgebouw van de in 1895 gebouwde „Spinnerei Deutschland“. Het gebouw is inmiddels geheel voor bewoning gerestaureerd. Vanuit de woonkeuken bereikt u het veel privacy biedende dakterras, of naar de andere kant de gezellige zithoek. Van daaruit komt men in het slaapgedeelte. Een aparte badkamer maakt de woning compleet.
