Please read the entire description before booking! This bright and modern property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Inside you will find a cozy bed that will welcome you after a full day in the sun and a whole night of entertainment. Head out for a quick 1-minute walk to one of the close by bakeries and brunch spots. Spend the day at the beautiful beach which is a quick 3-minute walk. Once you are ready to come back for dinner, head out to Isla Verde Avenue and Calle Loiza which is a culinary hot spot and nightlife center. This unit is located on a first floor, and you will not need to use the stairs to reach. We have multiple units with different layouts. Some have living room. This property has a common area that has a sofa and a dining table and is shared between all the guests. Please make sure you are reading the unit description and confirming which type of unit you are renting. The units are exactly as pictured on the slideshows, there are no other rooms/areas other than those pictured. Pool Pass: - By staying at our Rosalina Isla Verde property you are able to get a free Pool Pass to our Rosalina Ocean Park which features 2 beautiful and modern pools! This property is about an 8-minute drive from Rosalina Isla Verde. Note about Check-In Time: - Regular Check-In: 4:00 PM. - Early check-in between 1:00pm and 4:00pm will have a $25 additional fee. - Early morning check-ins (flights that come in at 1:00 am to 5:00 am), guests will have to reserve the previous night in order to accommodate check-in at that time. Otherwise, check-in time will be as listed above (Regular or Early Check-In)
