Full access to entire ground level of the house, incl. shared large kitchen, dining/living area, laundry room, enclosed back porch, and garden. This is a home share not a full house rental - I love having company!

Our little cottage is a short walk to anything you want; the beach, Newport Performing Arts Center, brew pubs and restaurants, and an array of quaint boutiques. The cottage is completely furnished with a full sized kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a jetted tub/shower in the bathroom. It has a memory foam King size bed. Also a private deck off the bedroom.
