This is one room in my home. I have a Vancouver Special designed home. This is a single bed room. Small room, small window. Often, I am able to upgrade... Easy access off of highway #1. This means that the house is situated on a busy street. It is a relative term, there are bigger and busier streets, but depending on where you arrive from - it can be classed as very busy. The location overlooks the mountains, close to the PNE & the inlet. I got a new puppy this fall - hypoallergic.

Beautiful and renovated garden suite. Clean and spacious. Amazing location to take scenic walks along a popular pedestrian and bike route. 15 minute walk away from a heated outdoor pool and a large water front park. Great for families. We are walking distance to the PNE. Also 20 minutes away from historic gas town by bus and about 30 min from the heart of downtown Vancouver. If you have a car you can easily reduce these times by half. We offer complimentary coffee, tea, sugar etc.
