We are lucky to have a beautiful private walled garden with bbq patio area, and all the necessary equipment for outside entertaining.
A second floor apartment with views over the river to the sea. Clifton House is nestled in the heart of Lynmouth and is steeped in history, as the local Post Office it played a central part in the Louisa Lifeboat Overland Launch in 1899 and also the devastating flood of 1952. The doorway of Crocombe's shop, underneath Clifton House, has a plaque showing the height the flood waters reached.
Peacock Cottage is a former fishing lodge on the banks of the East Lyn river, in the picturesque hamlet of Rockford, Brendon.
