Watch TV next to the roaring fireplace in the living room, prepare meals in the chef's kitchen, and sink into the pool or hot tub outside and watch the sun set over the Santa Rosa Mountains. The home is in a great location with a double fairway ensuring more privacy than most places in PGA West. The world-famous PGA West golf courses are all nearby with the shops and restaurants of La Quinta just a short drive away. The pool guy comes on Tuesday and Friday to service the pool between the hours of 8-10. The homes landscape is maintained by the HOA and they will have access to the court yard area.
